Meat Processing is up to the hunter. We recommend Broc's Butcher Block in Onida, SD, phone (605)258-2211 or Steamboat, Inc. in Pierre, SD , phone 1-800-239-9380. It is the hunters responsibility to get their meat to Pierre or Onida. If the ranch has to transport the meat the cost is $100.
Here again the hunter is welcome to take his meat with him. We will quarter the carcass and bag it for him. He is welcome to bone out the animal at the ranch, but this is also up to the hunter.
